Sara Green-Hamann

Sara Green-Hamann has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Communications fields since 1999. Sara began their career as a Production Assistant, Director, and Producer at WABI TV5 in 1999. In 2002, they became an Account Manager at MBNA America. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at The Jackson Laboratory as a Human Resources Communications Specialist and Senior Human Resources Service Associate. During this time, they also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at both the University of Maine and Husson University. In 2014, they became an HR Business Partner at Hollywood Casino Hotel and Raceway. From 2015 to 2022, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of Human Resources Operations at Dennis Paper & Food Service. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at CompareNetworks, Inc.

Sara Green-Hamann has a diverse educational background. Sara earned a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Maine, followed by an MA in Communication from the same institution in 2008-2010. Sara then completed their PhD in Communication/Business from the University of Maine in 2011-2016. Additionally, they attended John Bapst. In 2015, they obtained a TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) Trainer certification from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program). In 2010, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Writing for the Web from the American Management Association.
