Kia Davis

Kia Davis holds extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors, including non-profit, energy consulting, and education. Currently serving as Facilities Office Manager at Compass Datacenters since September 2024, Kia also contributes as Senior Manager of Development and Operations for Heels on the Move to Heal, overseeing event logistics for charity showcases. As Event Project Manager for WeTalkRadio Network, Kia produces large-scale events and PR campaigns, while advising clients on energy efficiency as a Commercial Energy Consultant for TRLAA Power, LLC. Previous roles include Facilities & Development Project Manager at Tricolor Auto Group, LLC, Chief Executive Director at The Black Academy of Arts and Letters, and multiple positions in finance and communication at educational institutions and media organizations.
