Tom Praschak

Tom Praschak is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at CompassMSP since September 2020, Tom is responsible for developing and managing service operations across multiple regions. Previously, Tom held the position of President & CEO at CompassMSP from May 2017 to September 2020, where strategic direction and company performance were overseen. Tom's career includes leadership roles at TNS Services Consulting, Strategic Products and Services, Dimension Data Americas, DecisionOne, Marconi, and Lucent Technologies, demonstrating a strong track record in transforming service operations, driving growth, and enhancing workplace culture. Tom holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
