Jody Rosen

Jody Rosen is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Compass Point. Jody Rosen is responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Compass Point, LLC, Mr. Rosen worked as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of John M. Fedders, where he practiced securities litigation with the former Director of Enforcement at the SEC. While there, he represented companies and individuals in SEC, SRO, and state securities regulator investigations and enforcement actions, as well as brokers and investors in FINRA arbitrations.

Mr. Rosen received a B.S. in Finance with Departmental Honors from the University of Maryland and earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
