Katherine Jones

Katherine Jones is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and business development sectors, currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Development at Compass Group USA since August 2025. With over 15 years of experience at Bon Appétit Management Company, Katherine has held multiple roles, including Manager of Business Development, Director of Catering, and various management positions in restaurant and catering operations. Prior experience includes positions as Event and Banquet Manager at Marriott Hotels and Restaurant and Bar Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation during its transition to Marriott. Katherine's career began at Walt Disney World as a Restaurant Guest Service Manager. Katherine holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
