Karen Sharpe

Karen Sharpe is a seasoned Contract Specialist with extensive experience in contract compliance and lifecycle management, currently employed at Compass since August 2019. Prior to this role, Karen exhibited similar expertise at Nourmand & Associates from March 2014 to August 2019 and contributed as both an Office Manager and Contract Specialist at ADS Development from October 2010 to May 2014, where responsibilities included financial management and contract preparation. Karen began their professional journey as a Voice Over Artist at William Morris Endeavor from January 2007 to October 2011, working with major brands. Karen holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University - East Bay and Glendale Community College, along with a Real Estate License.
