Michael Coscetta

Michael Coscetta is the current Chief Sales Strategy Officer at Compass. Michael was previously the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Strategy Officer at Compass from October 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Global Sales at Square from November 2015 to October 2018. Michael has also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at StructuredWeb from June 2013 to December 2016. Michael was also the CEO/Founder of Dynasty Division Inc from June 2003 to August 2013. Michael's first job was as a Sales Rep/Sales Manager/District Manager/Division Manager at Vector Marketing from January 2000 to December 2003.

Michael Coscetta achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University. Michael was also the valedictorian of their high school, Valley Stream North.
