Carrie Linder Smith

Carrie Linder Smith has over two decades of diverse experience in business support and event planning, currently serving as the Director of Business Support for Supporter Operations at Compassion International since September 2013. Prior roles at Compassion International include Principal Business Support Specialist, Senior Project Manager, and Business Support Manager. Carrie also worked as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor at Woodmen Valley Chapel and operated a freelance event planning business while running Peak Event Management. Earlier career experiences include event planning at Destination Paradise, teaching at Clayton College & State University, and serving as the Director of Forums for The Trinity Forum. Carrie holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati, where a Bachelor of Arts in the same field was also earned with high honors.
