Elizabeth Rhoads

Elizabeth Rhoads is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience, benefits, and people operations. Since December 2014, Elizabeth has held various leadership roles at Compassion International, including Global Sr. Director of Employee Experience and Global Sr. Director of People & Culture Operations. Prior to this, Elizabeth served as the Benefits Manager at The Christ Hospital Health Network, where responsibilities included developing the benefits department from scratch. Elizabeth's experience also encompasses account management at UMR and leading a customer service initiative at Humana. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Cincinnati.
