Kim Chuckray

Kim Chuckray is an experienced professional in human resources and administrative management with a strong background in community development and ministry. Currently serving as Supervisor of the HR Service Center at Compassion International since October 2021, Kim previously held roles such as Executive Manager in the President's Office at Young Life and various leadership positions at Salem Chapel, including Administrative Director and Director of College Ministry. Kim’s career also includes experience at ALDI USA as an Administrative Assistant and as Operations Manager/Recruiter at TRC Staffing Services. A Master of Public Administration (MPA) graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kim also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the same university.
