Nicholas Gan

Nicholas Gan is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and marketing within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Regional Director for APAC at COMPO EXPERT GmbH since November 2025, Nicholas previously held various key roles at Yara International from April 2006 to November 2025, including Country Manager for Malaysia and the Philippines, where responsibilities encompassed legal and P&L accountability, as well as adherence to HESQ and Ethics standards. Nicholas also contributed to marketing strategies as the Marketing and Communications Manager for both the Asia and North and East Europe business units, alongside earlier experience as a Marketing Manager and part of a start-up team. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Marketing Executive at Kemira GrowHow. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Curtin University.
