She offers over 20 years of experiences crossing the disciplines of strategic marketing, brand architecture, research, analytics, and business operations. Her path includes critical roles with top companies such as technology giant [AT&T](/org/att), software systems leader Reynolds & Reynolds, and healthcare genetics expert Geisinger Health. Jannienne’s talents in consumer journey mapping, product design and business intelligence led to many distinctions, including being named one of the nation’s most talented marketing professionals and honored as a Most Powerful & Influential Woman. Quy Q Nguyen

Louis Stewart currently is the Head of Strategic Initiatives for NVIDIA's global Developer Ecosystem. In his role, he is responsible for working with minority serving institutions, government entities, industry partners and a variety of affinity groups to build relationships that enable an increase in tech preparedness, grow the overall developer base and foster a more inclusive AI community.

Mr. Stewart served as the City of Sacramento's first Chief Innovation Officer before joining NVIDIA. His role within the City was to promote and drive long term economic growth and job creation through innovation. Mr. Stewart was focused on bridging the public-private divide, reducing process, and growing a strong and vibrant business community. He also encouraged an innovation-driven economy by supporting entrepreneurs, revenue-generating businesses and the creation of high quality jobs.

Prior to his role with the City of Sacramento, he spent 7 years serving as California's Deputy Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development. In that capacity he oversaw the coordination and promotion of innovative programs, activities, and emerging technologies throughout the State. He managed a robust statewide innovation-based economic development support network of regional innovation clusters called the California Innovation Hubs (iHubs). Mr. Stewart has served in various public sector roles for the past 13 years. His professional experience also includes 17 years in the private sector in sales, marketing, business diversity and information technology.

John C. Malonson is the current Director at [CompTIA](/org/comptia). Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. IT Project Manager at Raytheon from February 2009 to March 2019. There, they specialized in CyberSecurity and Risk Management Framework. John has a wealth of experience in the IT field and is an excellent leader. Under their guidance, [CompTIA](/org/comptia) is sure to continue its success.

John C. Malonson

As Senior Vice President of Business Development at [Datto](/org/datto), Rob's role is to oversee many different aspects of [Datto](/org/datto)'s programs including Community, Events, Marketing Development Funds, Vendor Management and Partner Advisory Board, all with the goal of helping our partners grow. Rob is instrumental in developing [Datto](/org/datto)’s go to market strategy.

With over 25 years of sales and B2B activities, Rob has extensive experience in IT hardware and software sales. All of Rob’s industry experience has been working with 100% channel focused organizations and working directly with Channel VAR’s, Solution Providers and Managed Service Providers in achieving their goals.

Prior to working with [Datto](/org/datto), Rob has built successful sales and channel teams in a variety of industries including Level Platforms (acquired by AVG), [Compaq](/org/compaq) (acquired by HP).

Rob has extensive awards and recognition within the channel including being [Datto](/org/datto)’s CRN Channel Chief every year since joining [Datto](/org/datto). Rob is an award-winning speaker and has also been recognized on many industry top executive, influencer and mid-market executive lists. Rob Rae

John is a Global Vice President and leads the Global Cloud Channel and strategy team. John brings over twenty years of experience to the SAP channel business. John has been with SAP since 2003 after successfully fulfilling marketing roles with [Compaq](/org/compaq), Digital Equipment Corporation and Monster.com. He brings a unique blend of technology manufacturer and marketing agency background to his position. John champions the customer and the partner when creating and driving initiatives.

John joined SAP to lead the early stages of demand generation for the SAP channel business. From there, John led the rapid growth of the SAP reselling ecosystem globally by increasing the channel partner count from 500 to 3000, in addition to developing and launching a formalized partner to partner framework that grew an extended ecosystem of 2,000. In 2013, John signed up as the COO for the Indirect Channel business, which accounts for 1BEuros of revenue. John took over the Global Platinum Reseller program in 2014 and grew this business to represent 25% of SAP’s total indirect revenue. Today, John leads the Global Cloud Channels business for SAP and is always looking for new ways to drive partner profitability in the Cloud.

John thrives on new challenges designed to accelerate business, simplify the complex and allows for both strategic and tactical action.

In addition to work, John has been actively fundraising for Multiple Sclerosis for the past 12 years, and as an active fisherman is an Executive Officer of a community-based fishing organization, Maddies Anglers in Marblehead, MA. Additionally, John volunteers time to support KIPP Academy, Rosie’s Place and My Brothers Table in Lynn, MA.

John Scola

Scott Barlow is Vice President, Global MSP, at [Sophos](/org/sophos), a leader in network and endpoint security products, services and technologies. He oversees all MSP strategy, business direction and sales worldwide, with an emphasis on building revenue, marketing programs and relationships with partners. Scott has 20 years of channel experience, most recently working with MSPs around the globe, and has extensive channel sales achievements and strong technical expertise in hosted services (SaaS) and managed services markets. Scott has also been a thought leader presenting on many panels and keynotes educating partners on how to add security services to MSP and CSP offerings.

Prior to [Sophos](/org/sophos), Barlow was vice president of sales and marketing at Reflexion Networks, Inc., which [Sophos](/org/sophos) acquired in 2015.

He is a [CompTIA](/org/comptia) board member, and a member of the Creating IT Futures Foundation board, the philanthropic arm of [CompTIA](/org/comptia). Scott is an industry recognized CRN Channel Chief, Top 50 Midmarket Channel Executive and IPED Channel Master, and recently selected as an inaugural Channel Partners Circle of Excellence Award winner.

Scott Barlow

With more than 20 years of technology, sales channel management and IT market experience, Jason Magee has spent his career immersed in the world of MSPs and VARs. He joined [ConnectWise](/org/connectwise) in 2011 and was named CEO in February 2019, succeeding co-founder Arnie Bellini.

Prior to becoming CEO, Jason served as President and Chief Operating Officer of [ConnectWise](/org/connectwise), overseeing corporate strategy, operations, and procurement, as well as the product, customer success and IT Nation teams. Jason’s track record at [ConnectWise](/org/connectwise) includes launching its international expansion into the UK and Australia and its highly successful EcoSystems business. Jason oversaw several key acquisitions, including ScreenConnect -- now known as [ConnectWise](/org/connectwise) Control™ -- and HTG Peer Groups, now known as IT Nation Evolve, as well as HashInclude, Sienna Group and an investment in Perch Security.

Before joining [ConnectWise](/org/connectwise), Jason held director-level positions at CA Technologies, managing teams, channel partners, strategic alliances and marketing budgets. There he built and launched industry-leading programs, partner incentives, and vendor initiatives. Earlier on, Jason spent 5 years gaining industry and channel experience at reseller companies Interactive Futures and Global Computers, where he held sales, marketing, and product management positions.

Jason is serving his second consecutive year on CompTIAs board of directors, after joining in February 2018. He grew up in New York and has an MBA from [Clarkson University](/org/clarkson-university).

Jason Magee

In addition to her professional work, Dr. Georgette is an international award-winning speaker, researcher, equity advocate, mentor, missionary, and philanthropist. She has dedicated her life to aid in the development of the next generation and provide opportunities to underrepresented groups across the world. She is an advocate for STEM and youth enrichment and has a focused mission to aid in the advancement of local businesses, the communities, and the youth within those communities.

A native of the island of Jamaica, Georgette is a wife and proud mother of three sons, Davon, Jonathan and Jordan. If Georgette isn’t working on her next transformational project, you can find her on the Golf Course, or bumming it on the beach.

Georgette Fraser-Moore

From shop floor to executive suite, printroom to boardroom. Steven Capper’s rags-to-riches style rise from a coal mining village in Yorkshire he embarked on a Margaret Thatcher-inspired Youth Training Scheme in 1980s Britain. Over the next 30 years, Steven has propelled through a succession of exalted job titles and on to the higher echelons of the corporate world. Steven’s career in IT has spanned the Globe, living and working in Leeds, London, Dubai, Los Angeles, Netherlands and Montreal.

He is the Chief information Officer of SNC Lavalin Group a large Engineering and Professional Services company with a turnover of 6Bn and 53,000 employees. To coin a business phrase, he is one of life’s high flyers. Steven has won many awards including the CIO of the Year with Computing UK and ‘3x Silver Medal CIO of the Year’ in the prestigious UK IT Industry Awards. He has a track record of delivering complex transformations for large enterprises including Fortune 150 companies. He has a Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead large, successful IT teams. Well networked with a solid track record in creating and delivering ingenious business transformational projects that exceed stakeholder expectations, he also led IT for the largest Merger and Acquisition in the AEC space including 100,000 personnel. On top of all this, Steven has been a driving force across large scale innovation projects with the potential to unlock revenue of 120Bn+. When he actually has the time, he is a keen golfer and working hard to lower his handicap.

Steven Capper

Prior to joining [CompTIA](/org/comptia), Herbert directed the research program and was a lead analyst at the [Consumer Technology Association](/org/consumer-technology-association), producer of the International CES, the largest technology event in the world. Additionally, his entrepreneurial streak led to involvement in launching two startups.

Herbert holds a B.S. in economics from [John Carroll University](/org/john-carroll-university) and an MBA with an economics concentration from [George Mason University](/org/george-mason-university).

Tim Herbert

Hammervik joined [CompTIA](/org/comptia) in 2011 after a 25 year career with United Business Media’s Everything Channel, a top provider of IT channel-focused events, media, research, consulting and sales and marketing services. Her last position with the company was senior vice president, events, where she was responsible for the company's entire global events business. She led the sales, marketing, recruitment, content and event production strategies for the events business. Her event portfolio focused on large scale, regional, community, virtual and custom events that brought together leading executives in the high tech industry. During her tenure there, she managed the integration of Gartner’s Vision Events portfolio, including Midsize Enterprise Summit and HealthCare Summit.

Nancy Hammervik

Prior to joining [CompTIA](/org/comptia), Courtney was the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer for a number of leading companies within the financial services industry in the US and UK. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law and regular speaker at industry and legal events. His work with the [American Bar Association](/org/american-bar-association) includes a presidential appointment as Chair of the Standing Committee on Continuing Legal Education and other leadership roles in the ABA Section of Science and Technology Law and ABA Section of Business Law. Courtney is a past TEDx speaker and received the Top General Counsel award in 2016.

Courtney graduated from [Northwestern University](/org/northwestern-university) with a degree in Communication Systems and a Certificate in Network Systems. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his MBA from the [Illinois Institute of Technology](/org/illinois-institute-of-technology). Courtney is a member of the Bar in the State of Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court. He holds designations as NACD Board Leadership Fellow and IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager.

Randy is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events and a news source for media outlets on a range of topics, including the role of the CIO, the IT workforce, and how businesses benefit from technology, including placements in Computerworld, Forbes, Gulf Business, and TechRepublic. He has also written guest columns for FierceCIO and Information Management.

Prior to [CompTIA](/org/comptia), Randy worked for [Accenture](/org/accenture) and the [Consumer Technology Association](/org/consumer-technology-association). He graduated from the [University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill](/org/university-of-north-carolina-at-chapel-hill) with a degree in Political Science.

Randy Gross

As Chief Revenue Officer for [CompTIA](/org/comptia), John travels the world explaining how critical it is for governments, businesses and educators to provide the most current certifiable IT training programs for their work-force and students.

John’s own commitment to life-long learning began when he was a boy, growing up in a small village in northwest Ireland where he worked in his family’s supermarket. His first professional work was as an electrician in Ireland. Later, he moved to the UK and worked in sales with a variety of firms including prominent IT and business education companies QA and New Horizons. In 2010, he started with [CompTIA](/org/comptia) in London as Regional Director for Western Europe. He is now based in Chicago for [CompTIA](/org/comptia) and manages the global certification program.

With over thirty years’ of innovation and success in directing sales and customer experience, he is a thought leader in global sales leadership and tech education.

John McGlinchey

Charles Eaton leads [CompTIA](/org/comptia)’s three philanthropic endeavors. As executive VP of social innovation, Eaton oversees NextUp, our newest initiative to introduce middle schoolers to the possibilities of tech careers, and [CompTIA](/org/comptia) Giving, which supports tech-focused charities through financial and volunteer resources.

As the CEO of Creating IT Futures, he leads [CompTIA](/org/comptia)’s main IT charity which enables people to improve their lives through employment in the IT industry. Eaton joined [CompTIA](/org/comptia) in June 2010 and has 23 years of non-profit management experience.

Prior to joining [CompTIA](/org/comptia), he was responsible for fundraising, business development and marketing for the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), a growing healthcare association focused on improving healthcare quality and patient safety.

Before joining APIC, Eaton was vice president of member relations for the [Consumer Technology Association](/org/consumer-technology-association) (CTA), which organizes the largest tradeshow in North America, the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.

Eaton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from [Duke University](/org/duke-university).

Charles Eaton

Brian Laffey is the chief financial officer for [CompTIA](/org/comptia), responsible for monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the Association’s financial results and investment portfolio. He also manages [CompTIA](/org/comptia)'s Operations Department.

Prior to joining [CompTIA](/org/comptia) in September 2015, Laffey worked for the [Illinois Institute of Technology](/org/illinois-institute-of-technology) in Chicago, where he served as associate vice president for finance and as Controller. In these roles he was responsible for the financial stewardship of the university’s assets totaling $596 million and the financial stewardship of revenues and expenses.

Laffey also has experience as the director of financial reporting and systems for the [American Bar Association](/org/american-bar-association); and as assistant controlled for [Loyola University Chicago](/org/loyola-university-chicago). He is a graduate of [Kent State University](/org/kent-state-university), where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting; and [Loyola University Chicago](/org/loyola-university-chicago), where he received Master of Science degree in Accountancy. Laffey is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.

Before joining [CompTIA](/org/comptia), Jennifer was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for [Cboe](/org/cboe) Global Markets. She was responsible for implementing progressive people programs, including a critical role in the organization's M&A growth strategy. Before [Cboe](/org/cboe), Jennifer was the Vice President of Human Resources for ShopperTrak and guided them through their acquisition by Tyco and [Johnson Controls](/org/johnson-controls). And before [Cboe](/org/cboe), Jennifer was the Vice President of Human Resources for Cleversafe. She directed the organization from its start-up phase through its exponential growth, leading to its acquisition by IBM for $1.3B.

Jennifer Browning

Joanna Riley is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor for diversity in technology. She is the CEO and Founder of Censia, a Talent Intelligence Platform that enables enterprises to hire, keep, and grow the best leaders in the world. Joanna is a repeat entrepreneur, having led multiple companies through both public and private exits and having raised over $200M. Early in Joanna’s career, she was part of the International Training Unit for the FBI, was a national rower, and earned her BA degree in Foreign Affairs from the [University of Virginia](/org/university-of-virginia). She is part of the President's Program at [Harvard Business School](/org/harvard-business-school). Joanna Riley

Jabu Dayton, the founder, and CEO of the consulting firm Jabu HR, has a 25+ year career of guiding and scaling companies, with a start-up and a corporate lens. After 13 years of progressive HR leadership experience at Nordstrom Inc., Jabu moved to South Africa to launch her own company.

Upon returning to the US, in 2011 she moved into the founding HR role at [Airbnb](/org/airbnb), propelling her 12-year career with tech companies in Silicon Valley and global markets. Jabu thrives in complicated spaces, she enjoys the challenges and freedoms often found in the startup markets. Jabu Dayton

Lisette Martinez began her career with Best Buy, gaining unparalleled experience in the technology and retail space, while also establishing herself as a respected industry leader. Currently working as the Vice President of Sales for Comcast in the Greater Chicago Region, Lisette directly oversees all of Chicago’s Xfinity retail operation, retail real estate strategy and execution, new store builds, sales, and customer experience. In her role, Lisette is widely known for her ability to think creatively, inspire teams, and develop strategies that consistently deliver meaningful results.

Lisette has completed several Executive Development programs including Chicago Crain’s Leadership Academy and NAMIC’s Executive Leadership Development Program. Prior to Onepath, MJ was the Chief Technology Officer at Internet & Telephone, LLC (I&T), New England’s premier MSP headquartered in North Andover, Massachusetts with an office and colocation facility in both Boston, Massachusetts and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Onepath acquired I&T in May of 2017. MJ began his MSP journey as the Founder and President of Jenaly Technology Group, Inc., which he started in February of 1997. In December of 2015 Jenaly was acquired by I&T. MJ has held several technical and management positions with a variety of technology companies, focusing on sales automation, executive information systems and electronics distribution and recycling. In the mid-90’s MJ was also a principal in the first dial-up Internet Service Provider in the Seacoast New Hampshire region.

MJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, in Durham, New Hampshire, graduating in 1986. MJ concentrated in Soviet Studies and studied abroad in the former Soviet Union. MJ holds several technical certifications with companies such as Cisco and Microsoft and has completed several business and technical certificate programs.

Todd Thibodeaux is the president and chief executive officer of CompTIA, the leading non-profit trade association for the global technology industry. CompTIA represents more than 2,000 member companies and 3,000 business partners spanning the worldwide technology industry.

Since joining the organization in 2008, Mr. Thibodeaux has led the expansion of CompTIA’s commitment to advancing industry growth through education and training programs, market intelligence and research, networking events, professional certifications and public advocacy.

Mr. Thibodeaux is a frequent commentator and source quoted in news coverage of the technology industry, including the Associated Press, Bloomberg News, Entrepreneur, Forbes, and USA Today. He also contributed written columns to a variety of business and industry publications, including CIO and InformationWeek Dark Reading.

Before joining CompTIA in July 2008, Mr. Thibodeaux spent more than 17 years with the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), where he served in a wide range of roles culminating as its senior vice president of industry relations.

Mr. Thibodeaux is a life-long IT and tech enthusiast dating back to his very early years. The son of an electrical and mechanical engineer, his love of technology continues to this day and he has infused CompTIA with a renewed sense of enthusiasm for the industry the organization represents.

He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (Bachelor of Science, economics, 1988) and George Mason University (Master’s degree in economics, 1997).

Todd Thibodeaux

Toni Clayton-Hine is the Chief Marketing Officer for EY Americas, the $15bn professional services firm globally known as Ernst & Young LLP. She is a seasoned B2B global marketing executive who has helped companies of all sizes create new revenue streams from new markets, new offerings, and new channels of distribution by combining creative ideas with data and analytics to unlock opportunities in highly competitive markets.

Joining EY in Jan 2019, she is responsible for defining and implementing a strategic marketing vision across industry sectors, geographies and service lines to drive revenue, relationships and reputation for the firm. This includes creating and executing an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses branding, media, experiential and digital marketing.

Prior to EY, Toni was the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of [Xerox](/org/xerox), responsible for creating a holistic strategy, from brand to demand, to deliver profitable growth in untapped B2B and B2B2C market segments. Her work at [Xerox](/org/xerox) earned her a spot as one of Brand Innovator’s Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing by creating the 7x award-winning Set the Page Free rebranding campaign that improved brand perception by 20%, while capturing tens of thousands of prospects for demand generation.

Prior to her CMO role at [Xerox](/org/xerox), Toni was the Vice President of Global Marketing for their $3 billion division dedicated to growing profitable revenue through indirect channels. She was responsible all marketing and communications, including redefining the go-to-market strategy, building a relevant brand for small and midsize business, creating segment specific offerings, and driving demand generation for 10 million customers in over 40 countries.

Before joining [Xerox](/org/xerox), Toni served as the Divisional CMO and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for the Data Management division of CA Technologies, which now operate as Erwin, Inc. and Arcserve, Inc.

Toni spent the first half of her career in B2B media sales, progressing from an individual contributor to Associate Publisher for CRN, formerly Computer Reseller News. As the print publishing business shifted in favor of digital, she co-founded The Institute for Partner Education & Development (IPED), creating a new multi-million-dollar revenue stream for United Business Media in channel consulting, research, and training.

Toni serves on the Board of Directors for CompTIA, the Computing Technology Industry Association, and is a member of their Audit, Finance & Investment Committee. She was also the Chair of the 2018 B2B Advertising Awards for the American Marketing Association and sits on the Board of Experts for Glilot Capital, a VC firm that funds early-stage technology start-ups.

Toni Clayton-Hine

The Senior Vice President of Events, for example, comes from Everything Channel, while the National Director of Classified Advertising Sales comes from CMP Media / CRN. The Chief Information Security Officer and the Chief Information Officer both come from CompTIA, while the Manager is from Accenture and the Founder + Inventor is from Seatuary. The Managing Director is from eBrain Market Research and the Sr. Director of Market Research is from Consumer Technology Association. Lastly, the Analyst is from Thomson & Thomson. All of these individuals have experience in leadership positions and most have a background in business administration or marketing.
