Cesar R. Perez

Cesar R. Perez, PE is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as Senior Construction Manager at ConEdison Solutions since December 2016, Cesar leads construction teams and addresses multifaceted project challenges while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards. Prior to this role, Cesar held the position of Deputy Director at the PR Infrastructure Financing Authority, overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 100 public infrastructure projects valued at more than $300 million. Experience also includes roles as Project Manager at HUDSON HOUSING CAPITAL, where management of over 50 low-income housing tax credit projects occurred, and key engineering positions with ARITEL, INC., P&P Consultants Corp., and ENG. MARIANO PEREZ GONZALEZ & ASSOC. Cesar earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
