Troy Wilhelm

Troy Wilhelm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and packaging engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Project Engineer at ConAgra Foods since 2015, Troy manages complex capital projects valued between $4MM to $70MM, overseeing scope development, cost estimation, and scheduling in collaboration with engineering and business partners. Prior to ConAgra, Troy held several positions at Mars Inc.’s Petcare Division, focusing on packaging innovation and sustainability across Dry Packaging and Consumer Brands. Troy's career also includes roles at Frito-Lay, Sorrento Cheese, and Cross Bros., along with foundational experience at Canada Dry Mott’s. Troy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
