Alex Hernandez

Alex Hernandez has extensive experience in customer engagement and sales support, currently serving as a Hub Associate at Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company since August 2021. In this role, Alex addresses customer inquiries through various communication channels, processes sales orders, and handles credit unblocking requests. Prior to this, Alex was a Branch Manager at Balibago Waterworks System, Inc., overseeing sales and operational performance, and served in various roles at Maynilad Water Services, Inc., including Geographic Information System Specialist and Zone Specialist. Alex has also held a position as a GIS Engineer at Miya, focusing on training and digitizing asset data. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Northern Philippines.
