Natalia Hernandez is an accomplished A&R Manager currently at Concord since April 2024, with prior experience as an A&R Coordinator at Sony Music Entertainment and a Studio Coordinator at Art House Records. With a background in music education, Natalia has taught guitar and piano, led student concerts, and promoted master classes for Colombian artists during a tenure as President of the Colombians at Berklee Club. Natalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Songwriting and Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music and a Bachelor’s in Jazz Guitar and Vocal from Universidad EAFIT.
