Christian Snyder

Christian Snyder has a diverse work experience in various industries. Christian is currently working as the Lead Venture Coach & Gig Lab Lead at Conestoga College since August 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Publisher at Blaurock Press from November 2007 onwards. Since April 2009, Christian has also been a Partner at MacSnyder Farms, a small 111-acre farm in south Bruce County. Christian'srole at MacSnyder Farms involves planning for alternative approaches to conventional farming. Christian has worked as a Publisher at Pandora Press from August 2000 until December 2021. Additionally, they served as the Chief of Staff at Smile.io, an early-stage growth company, from October 2016 to August 2017. Christian has also contributed as the Board Treasurer at The MT Space, Waterloo Region's multicultural theatre company, from March 2012 to December 2016. Christian worked as a Community Educator and was a part of the Management Team at Reception House Waterloo Region from February 2016 to October 2016. Lastly, Christian served as the Jury Chair at Arts Awards Waterloo Region from April 2015 to July 2016.

Christian Snyder attended Bluffton High School in 1993. In 1994, they enrolled at the University of Waterloo, where they studied but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
