Kim Black

Kim Black has a diverse work experience history. They began their career at The Co-operators as a Corporate HR Administrative Assistant, where they assisted with medical leave letters, maintained a medical log database, and ensured accurate documentation for employees and supervisors. They then worked as an Executive Administrator at Trans-Logic Executive Search Group, overseeing administrative duties and networking events. At Ian Martin Limited, they served as a Recruiter and Chair of Volunteering for the Stewardship Council, specializing in sourcing top talent for IT companies and the Ontario Government. Moving on to Conestoga College, they held various roles such as Program Assistant in the School of Business and Community Services, where they managed community services and continuing education programs, coordinated with managers and chairs, and handled inquiries from faculty and students. They also served as a Program Assistant in Woodworking and IT.
