Jennifer Clayton

Jennifer Clayton serves as the Director of Customer Success Engineering at Confluent since October 2022, where leadership is provided to the AMER Technical Architects in the Customer Success division, focusing on delivering thought leadership and consultative guidance to enhance customer value. Prior to this, Jennifer held various senior positions at SAS from 2006 to September 2022, including Senior Director of Cloud & Information Services, overseeing the Customer Technologies department, and IT Director of Applications & Data Management, which emphasized software development and compliance. Earlier career roles include Head of Supplier Enablement at JAGGAER, Director of Product Engineering at Metagenix, and Project Manager at TriTech Acquires Tiburon. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1992 and 1996.
