Eric Silvani

Eric Silvani, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administration and process reengineering within the education and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and nCino/Salesforce Administrator at ConnectOne Bank since October 2021, Eric previously held multiple leadership roles at Berkeley College from June 2000 to June 2020, where notable achievements included significant improvements in lead management, employee retention, and the implementation of Salesforce CRM systems. Eric also has a background in human resources management at Caldor, overseeing critical HR functions across multiple locations. Eric holds an MBA in Management, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and an Associate in Applied Science in Marketing, all from Berkeley College.
