They previously held positions such as Head of Compliance at Countrywide Plc and Management Services & Compliance Director at Hamptons International. With a solid background in operations, business development, and compliance, Andrew has contributed significantly to the residential lettings sector. They are actively involved in industry leadership, serving on the board of a Leasehold Management Company and as a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and The Lettings Industry Council. Andrew earned a BA (Hons) from the University of Surrey.
