Doug Ereon

Doug Ereon is an experienced HRIT Manager currently at ConocoPhillips since 2012, previously serving in various managerial roles at BP from 2002 to 2011, where significant responsibilities included overseeing a $30 million US HR SAP and Operations program. Prior to BP, Doug managed IT functions at ARCO Corporate from 1998 to 2002, and held multiple increasing responsibility roles throughout ARCO's operations from 1979 to 1998, focusing on HR IT systems, budgeting, and IT operations management. Doug holds a BA in Mathematics from Grand Valley State University, obtained between 1970 and 1974.
