Roberto Saltini has a diverse work experience in the field of embedded systems R&D and engineering. Roberto began their career at A.S.C Automatic System Control in 2004 as an Embedded System R&D Engineer. Roberto then joined EGICON S.R.L. in 2010, where they served as an Embedded Systems R&D Lead Project Engineer until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Roberto worked as a Freelancer, specializing in Embedded Systems R&D. Roberto then joined Amatek Design in 2014 as an Embedded Systems R&D Lead Project Engineer, a role they held until 2018. Most recently, Roberto has been working at ConsenSys since 2018 as the Lead Researcher for ConsenSys Quorum Protocol Engineering, a role focused on software engineering in the blockchain space.
Roberto Saltini earned a high school diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from E.Fermi in Modena, Italy, in 2002. Roberto then pursued and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they went on to complete their Master's degree in Computer Science at the same institution from 2007 to 2009.
