Erika Peters

Erika Peters, MBA, currently serves as the Director of TBA Capital Procurement - Strategic Initiatives at Constellation Brands since March 2024. With extensive experience in procurement and category management, Erika previously held the position of Category Manager for Global Engineering and Construction Services at Intel Corporation, where end-to-end global category strategies were established. Prior roles at ExxonMobil included Project Procurement Manager and Senior Category Manager for MRO & PVFF, focusing on multimillion-dollar Capital Expenditure projects and strategic sourcing initiatives. Erika's earlier career includes positions at Imperial Oil as Contracts and Materials Management Advisor and Project Procurement Advisor, and as a Buyer at Total E&P. Erika holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Católica Boliviana.
