Kevin Day

Kevin Day currently serves as the Maintenance & Technical Training Manager at Constellation since September 2021, responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs aimed at enhancing plant and personnel performance. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions, including Operations Instructor - Lead, NRC Exam Author, Simulator Coordinator, and Senior Operations Training Instructor, contributing to performance improvement and regulatory compliance in nuclear operations. Kevin's extensive experience also includes serving as Operations Unit Supervisor and Senior Reactor Operator at Florida Power & Light Company, and as a Reactor Operator in the US Navy, where responsibilities included conducting reactor startups and shutdowns and ensuring the maintenance of nuclear systems. Kevin’s educational background includes training at Turkey Point Nuclear Station and Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
