Joni Sorsanen

Joni Sorsanen is the current Chief Financial Officer at Consti. Prior to this, they served as the Group Controller and Head of Investor Relations at Consti Group from January 2016 to February 2017. In this role, they were responsible for both the Investor Relations function and the Group's internal and external accounting, reporting, and controlling. Additionally, they dealt with M&A activities.

Before their time at Consti Group, Sorsanen worked as a Region Business Controller for Cramo AB in Scandinavia from September 2009 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for business controlling and financial analysis of Cramo's operations in Scandinavia. Joni reported directly to ESVP Scandinavia and additionally dealt with M&A and business development tasks stemming from Group strategy.

Sorsanen began their career as a Junior Consultant in Advisory Services at Ernst & Young in April 2007 and remained there until December 2008.

Joni Sorsanen has a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, a International Study Module from Manchester Business School, and a Controller Performance Program from Hanken & SSE Executive Education.

They work with Heikki Untamala - Chief Legal Officer, Heikki Pesu - Business Area Director Building Technology, and Pirkka Lähteinen - Regional Director Corporations . Their manager is Esa Korkeela, CEO.
