Lital Marcus

Lital Marcus is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) since March 2020, Lital previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Israel Railways Ltd. from January 2013 to March 2020. Lital holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, earned between 2014 and 2016, as well as a Bachelor's degree in management and psychology from The Open University, completed in 2013.
