Tobin Williams

Tobin Williams is an experienced executive in the customer experience domain, currently serving as Executive Director of Customer Experience at Consumers Energy since August 2011. In this role, Tobin leads efforts to drive customer-centric transformation within one of the nation’s largest energy providers, emphasizing principled leadership and data-informed strategy. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of Client Solutions at ePrize, where Tobin led teams in crafting promotions and loyalty programs, and VP of Retail Experience at BBDO Detroit, focusing on client relationships and custom marketing solutions. Tobin's career began at Carlson Marketing Group, where a foundation in multi-discipline marketing services was established. Tobin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
