Xinran Qi

Xinran Qi currently serves as the Senior Integrity Manager for North America and Europe at Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited, where responsibilities include establishing the company's first-ever ethics and compliance program in North America and overseeing the program in Europe. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director at RosettiStarr, leading a team in providing investigative services for high-profile clients, and holding various positions at organizations such as Kroll, Ergo, and the National Foundation for Cancer Research. Xinran Qi has also participated in international fellowships and research initiatives related to climate change and energy security. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Sun Yat-sen University.
