April Brinson-Carrano

April Brinson-Carrano holds extensive experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Associate Director of Benefits for the US and Canada at ConvaTec since December 2021. Prior to this role, April worked as the AVP Head of US Benefits & Payroll HR at Enstar Group from October 2017 to December 2021, and spent nearly two decades at Ferrero USA, Inc. as HRBP/Benefits Manager NA/Senior HR Generalist from June 1998 to October 2017. Earlier career positions include Human Resources Supervisor/Benefits at EMI, Inc. (EPIX Gevity) and Operations Specialist at Chase Manhattan Bank, where April also served as an Executive Assistant to the VP. Educational qualifications include a degree in HR Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with coursework at Montclair State University and Thomas Edison State University.
