Kentaro Takenaka

Kentaro Takenaka has a background in corporate hedging and FX sales. Kentaro started their career at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, where they worked in the FX Sales Global Markets Division for ASEAN from 2007 to 2018. Kentaro then joined Western Union Business Solutions as a Corporate Hedging Associate Director from 2018 to 2020, and later became the Head of Corporate Hedging for Asia from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as the Head of Corporate Hedging for Asia at Convera since 2022.

Kentaro Takenaka completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University. In 2020-2021, they pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
