Daniel Alexander

As the Managing Director of Canon Business Service Centre (PHL) Daniel shows outstanding leadership of our Philippines business from an operational and strategic perspective. Dan is accountable for all operations in the Philippines across Transactional Services, Finance & Accounting, HR Services, Contact Centre, IT and Development functions. These services are provided to the Australian, New Zealand and US markets.

Daniel is highly skilled in planning, analysis and problem-solving. He also has extensive experience in building and developing high performing teams and currently leads a 24/7 workforce.

During Dan’s tenure managing our Philippines business he has displayed exceptional leadership, building our capability from just 80 employees to over 900. He has built a strong team who are highly engaged, with arguably the highest retention in the market. He has also established himself as well-regarded member of the local expat business community, being recently appointed the President of the ANZCHAM Philippines (the Australian and New Zealand Business Chamber).
