Greg Ayers

An accomplished financial executive, Greg has spent his career financing and building successful technology companies, driving to successful exits for investors. He successfully developed and executed strategies at inContact and AdvancedMD that drove rapid growth during periods of SaaS technology transformational change and adoption. He has led both public and private organizations in multiple industries, including enterprise and mid-market SaaS, data storage, application infrastructure and, earlier in his career, pharmaceuticals and medical devices and services.

Prior to joining Conviva, he brought his expertise, strategic vision, and understanding of capital markets to inContact, a SaaS contact center software pioneer he advanced from challenger to leader, which included go-to-market and geographical expansion, technology and business acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financings. Subsequent to inContact’s $1.0B acquisition by NICE Systems, Greg led AdvancedMD to a successful exit to Global Payments, Inc. Previously he financed and grew a number of businesses in a variety of industries.

Greg started his career with KPMG, working internationally in their London and Sydney offices.Greg was twice recognized as CFO of the Year in Utah. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Stetson University.
