Matthew Ridge

Matthew Ridge, MHS, currently serves as the Manager of Pharmacy Business Operations at Cook Children's Health Care System, a position held since March 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Services Supervisor at Humana from December 2011 to March 2017, where responsibilities involved managing team performance related to call handling and quality scores, as well as a role as a Dispensing Production Lead. Matthew Ridge holds a Master's degree in Human Services with a focus on Leadership and Management from Concordia University, Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Education and Promotion from the same institution. Additionally, Matthew Ridge completed an Executive Education program focused on Executive Presence at Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business in March 2023.
