Aubrey Nyekanyeka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program coordination and disaster risk reduction. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at the Agriculture and Natural Resources Management Consortium since March 2019, Aubrey also functions as the Disaster Risk Reduction Focal Personnel at COOPI - Cooperazione Internazionale, managing various aspects of disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation since September 2013. Previous roles include Project Officer for the EU Energy Facility Project and Program Analyst in research at Cooperazione Internazionale, as well as a Water Quality Assessment Expert with Pump Aid Malawi. Aubrey began the professional journey as an Assistant Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with Environment Africa. Aubrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from the University of Malawi, Bunda College.
