Johannes Andersen

Johannes Andersen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering, Development & Recruitment at Coor since November 2022. In this role, Johannes is responsible for the HR Business Partner and Development Team, focusing on transforming the team into trusted strategic advisors, enhancing HR analytics, improving recruitment offerings, and optimizing compensation and benefits programs. Prior to Coor, Johannes held various HR roles at Cognizant, including Associate HR Director and Senior HR Manager, managing HR responsibilities for Denmark and the Nordic Graduate Program as well as Denmark and Sweden. Johannes also worked at ROCKWOOL International in multiple HR capacities, overseeing IT services and managing HR for marketing and R&D divisions. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Specialist at Transcom Denmark A/S and educational achievements at Copenhagen Business School, where Johannes earned degrees in Human Resource Management and Economics and Philosophy.
