Teri Higgins

Teri oversees many important functions such as payroll, benefits, and retirement plan administration, just to name a few. Her daily objective is keeping our employees engaged and satisfied and she’s always looking for ways to improve. She believes that to handle yourself, you should use your head; but to handle others, you should use your heart. A perfect day for Teri is one where she’s able to get through her task list and help a few employees in various ways. She enjoys the multifaceted nature of her role in HR because no two days are the same! Outside of work, Teri is passionate about spending time with her family, especially her three kids.
