Tobias Denskus

Tobias Denskus, PhD, serves as an Associate Professor in Development Studies and Senior Lecturer in Communication for Development at Malmö University since May 2013. Additionally, Tobias holds a position on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Business and Development Studies at Copenhagen Business School, focusing on research related to business operations and sustainable development in the Global South. Previous roles include post-doctoral research in development anthropology, social media, and open data at Aidnography.de, as well as a doctoral researcher at the Institute of Development Studies, where significant experiences spanned various international contexts like Nepal, Afghanistan, and Macedonia. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Sussex and an MA in Peace Studies from the University of Bradford.
