Kelly Manchester

Kelly Manchester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as President of Corp1, Inc. since January 2003, Manchester oversees services related to incorporation, corporate filings, and document retrieval, with operations spanning nationwide from headquarters in Dover, DE. Additionally, since January 2020, Manchester has been a member of the Colorado Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Admissions, contributing to the Character and Fitness Committee. In a volunteer capacity, Manchester leads the Mountain Safety Patrol at Copper Mountain Resort. Previous leadership positions include President of the National Public Records Research Association and involvement with the Delaware Supreme Court’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Educationally, Manchester holds a BA in Journalism with a minor in Paralegal Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an AAS in Legal Assistant from Arapahoe Community College.
