Lindsey Leighton is a seasoned professional in executive search, currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Cordance since September 2025, where focus is placed on aiding the growth of B2B SaaS companies through strategic partnerships. Previously, Lindsey spent over four years at The Millard Group as a Senior Search Consultant, co-leading the Finance and Accounting Practice while successfully completing numerous high-level searches for private equity and venture-backed organizations. Lindsey's accomplishments include recognition as a Founders' Club Winner in both 2022 and 2024, demonstrating a strong track record in talent acquisition.
