Chief Information Officer at Core & Main

Carrie Busbee began their career in construction, working for their family's business, Busbee Construction. In 2000, they took on the role of Principal and oversaw commercial construction projects in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. In 2005, they left the family business to pursue a career in HRIT. Carrie became a Project Manager at Rotech Healthcare and was responsible for implementing Authoria Performance Management and Salary Planning. Carrie also integrated Authoria with Lawson HR / Payroll. In 2006, they left Rotech Healthcare to become a Project Manager at Arcadia Healthcare. In 2007, they joined HD Supply Facilities Maintenance as Director Data, Analytics and Associate Experience. There they led global IT teams and worked to consumerize the associate experience. Carrie also delivered on the technology to drive a data driven culture at HD Supply. In 2018, they left HD Supply to become the Chief Information Officer at Core & Main.

Carrie Busbee has a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Studies and Psychology from Rice University and a Master's in Human Resources from Rollins College.

Carrie Busbee reports to Steve LeClair, Chief Executive Officer. Carrie Busbee works with Brad Cowles - President, Fire Protection, Ogonna Hymes - Regional Vice President, Northwest Region, and Yvonne Bland - Vice President, sales & business development.
