Brian leads the Coretelligent Customer Success Team with accountability for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Serving as an advocate for clients, he ensures that client needs are met and that Coretelligent delivers best-in-class, white-glove service.
Brian joined Coretelligent in 2018 and has more than 10 years of experience in client management. Prior to joining Coretelligent, Brian held several client-facing roles with OnForce, Inc., where he led the client development and account management teams serving Fortune 100 companies. He previously served as a sales engineer responsible for product demos for new customers.
