Arlene Cook

Arlene Cook is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and transformation across various organizations. Currently serving as the HR Technical Projects Lead at Cornerstone Research since July 2025, Arlene previously held the position of HR Transformation Manager at Robinhood from May 2023 to June 2025, and worked as VP of People/HR at Bevy from October 2020 to October 2022, where Arlene advised the executive team on HR strategies for a remote-first workforce. Earlier roles include Senior Director of People/HR at Cornerstone Research and various HR management positions at frog design and APCO Worldwide, focusing on HR operations, employee programs, and corporate culture initiatives. Arlene holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Literature from the University of Maryland and is currently an Associate Fellow of Talent Management at The Wharton School.
