Manuj Arora

Manuj Arora currently serves as the Director of Analytics & Operations Research at IndiGo, starting in July 2024. Previously, from January 2019, Manuj held the position of Senior Manager in Data Science and Engineering at Cornerstone OnDemand, leading initiatives in advanced analytics and developing intelligent applications using LLMs. Manuj's earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Analytics Customer Experience at Keka HR, where a successful CX analytics project significantly reduced churn rates, and a position as Director of Analytics and Strategy at EduMENTOR Educational Services, contributing to substantial revenue growth and B2B partner retention. Manuj began the career as a Data Analyst at ICICI Bank and holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
