Andres has over 15 years of experience providing accounting, management advisory, and transaction services to public and private companies of all sizes across multiple industries. His expertise and advice is sought by public and private companies especially in the financial services space where Andres is an accomplished thought leader. Andres has led numerous engagement teams through complex accounting and operational issues including those pertaining to the allowance for loan loss, purchase accounting, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, regulatory reporting, and general process improvement and infrastructure build.

Andres’ expertise originates from his experience consulting and advising companies in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Specialty Finance, Asset Management, High Tech, and Manufacturing.

Andres is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts and holds an MBA and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University.
