Tony Hung

Tony Hung is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and investment sectors, currently serving as the Head of Business Development and Operations at Way Biosolutions since May 2025. Additionally, Tony holds positions as Entrepreneur-In-Residence and Advisor at Correlation Ventures, where investment decisions are informed by advanced analytics, and as an investor in various sectors. From April 2020 to May 2025, Tony was the CEO and Co-Founder of Pulsar Bio, innovating in drug discovery through advanced DNA Encoded Libraries technologies. Tony has also contributed to the LuMind Research Down Syndrome Foundation as a Board of Directors member and served as an angel investor prior to 2020, focusing on early-stage biotech and healthcare ventures. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, alongside an unfinished PhD in Bioengineering at Harvard, which led to the founding of GnuBIO, a company that achieved a successful exit to Bio-Rad Laboratories in 2014.
