Cade Hartung

Cade Hartung is a seasoned professional in the agriculture industry with a strong background in business development and sales management. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Corteva Agriscience since October 2022, Cade focuses on leveraging the unique compositional characteristics of canola germplasm to enhance the value chain. Previously, Cade held roles as a Territory Manager at Pioneer Hi-Bred and Corteva Agriscience, where responsibilities included leading teams to improve service delivery and adoption of seed genetics. Experience at BASF as a District Leader involved increasing market share for InVigor Canola and crop protection solutions, while earlier work as a Senior Sales Agronomist at Richardson International centered on developing agronomy staff and implementing effective sales strategies. Cade began the professional journey as an Innovation Specialist with BASF, combining a passion for agriculture with academic credentials, including a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from The University of Lethbridge and a diploma in Agriculture Technology from Lethbridge Polytechnic.
