Mike Mitton

Mike Mitton is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Corvus Insurance. Mike joined the company in July 2020 as the second Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build out the company's recruiting functions and partner with the business during its hyper-growth phase.

During their time at Corvus, Mike has performed full-cycle recruitment for the company's Sales, Finance, Marketing, People Operations, Data Science, and other go-to-market and G&A departments. Mike has also developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies for the entire company.

In order to connect with top talent in the tech and insurance spaces, Mike uses in-depth sourcing strategies. This has allowed him to build a bench of talent for roles across the company. Additionally, they serve as a strong business partner to Corvus Hiring Managers, providing them with insight into the talent market, presenting candidates, and educating them on the candidate funnel.

By delivering a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company's high standards of customer service, Mike has helped Corvus attract and retain top talent.

Mike Mitton attended Nichols College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Sport Management.
