Taylor Stephens, MHRM, is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 2025, Taylor previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Coaction Global, where significant contributions included analyzing HR metrics and proposing strategies to reduce employee turnover.
