Roy Stephens

Roy Stephens has held various leadership positions throughout their work experience. Their most recent role was as the Executive Vice President - Client Operations at Cotiviti since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President - Shared Services at Cotiviti from August 2020 to September 2022. Roy also worked as the Chief of Staff - Operations at Cotiviti from January 2019 to August 2020. Before joining Cotiviti, Roy worked at Accretive Health (now R1 RCM) as the VP Infrastructure and Acting CIO from February 2015 to September 2016. Roy also had roles at McKesson/RelayHealth, including VP Business Operations from April 2010 to August 2014 and VP Financial Clearance Operations from December 2008 to April 2010. Prior to that, they worked at McKesson/RelayHealth and Per-Se Technologies as the VP Technology Implementation Services from December 2004 to December 2008.

Roy Stephens attended the University of Kentucky, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree. Roy then went on to study law at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, obtaining a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
